Stuck on octopus boss is this a bug?!

For hours iam stuck on octopus boss. Iam hitting it witht he flaming thing in the eyes all the time but i dont die! Playing on balanced mode. After wastimg HOURS on it i became so angry that i did something i never do: Check on youtube. And here at 45:50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCF7SBe2nA0&t=2758s we see it dies with just two hits on the eye! However iam trying for hours to beat it and i still trying! Why? Iam aiming on the eyes and throw the thing at it!

You have to mark all 4 eyes to pass. If you hit just one or two, it will just get angry and smash you. After that you have some time to aim and mark your shot.
On controller it's LT, Caps Lock on keyboard.

Scorn is about 3-4 hours of first explore. But you can go now rxplore rest of the worls's secret places

as i said idid it. What is scorn? last boss fight? you mean i have 3 hours from now to finish it?

Scorn is a demonic part of world. Like desert with demonic spires. Late game instance.
You can get there with Stasis hollow (also, with Storm, but nevertheless first puzzle need you to have Stasis)
