Report a translation problem
But i've read that everything was animated frame by frame, so i'm beginning to think i'll just have to suck it up because it would mess up the game if we could make it run at 60.
The fps is just capped at 30 during cutscenes for a reason or another.
It would be nice to hear the official reason for why they are locked at 30 fps.
I'd like some official answer so that I can either continue to play or, if they fix it in a week or two I can wait.
