Without solving secrets.

No New game+ for now, so it just like Darksiders 1.

I beat it 100% on Apocalyptic in 20h.
It depends how fast you master the combat, and how good is your memory for backtracking collectibles.

About 24 hours for me, with most collectibles, on easiest difficulty. Would have been more, but I started using invincibility trainer mid-way.
