His hurling green energy ball attack
Even if you perfectly dodge projectile you may be hit with splash damage of it when it lands if for some reason you didn't dodge far enough (dodge into obstacle for instance)
Or you may be hit by 2nd ball while performing dodge counter
95% of enemies you can safely dodge and counter...but not ALL. When you are in a fight with multiple enemies, well, you can't trust anything with that many attacks coming at you from many different angles—best to not get into big fights like that to begin with!
By the way. Savior destroys all projectiles.
Also, now i'm training in air combat. So fun and pleasure to watch those combos.
Just a quick tip: Whip can launch enemies in the air, Force Hollow break their block stance, there is also a dodge rune in the game.
The Darksiders 3 combat system is so interesting that replaying will not be boring. There are evasions plus different weapon combat combos and arcane counters you don't find in other RPG games. It is like Tekken combined with RPG.
After playing this game. I do not like to go back to traditional RPG anymore.
