Avarice on Apocalyptic...holy hell.
Took something like 25 tries to get him down, what a massive difficulty spike as far as bosses go! Envy and Wrath were jokes compared to this guy.

Who is the next super hard boss fight?

Glutton is tricky. I couldn’t really see the telegraphs for the 1-shot attack and there is a thrashing attack that you can’t dodge or jump over.

Avarice is an interesting case, in that he's a "go get him when you feel like it" Sin, and the others must be done in sequence. Sounds like you went after him early. Anyway, your next big steaming heap of fun will be Lust, methinks. Gluttony is remarkably more simple IMO, since he follows the same attack pattern with far more regularity, and they are easier to avoid and counter (and you can just weigh yourself down against his 'suckage' by flicking onto Force Hollow).

I've since made it to Sloth and he has kicked my ass a few times...everything seems to have so much HP on Apocalyptic and do so much damage. Best I've gotten him down was to like 10% of his HP and then he killed me with his fast jumpslam move...

"You owe me a throne...but I'll settle for your head!"

Ugh, why, for what logical reason were me made to sit and have to watch that little cutscene everytime we died and had to run back.. and I died a LOT on this stupid EASY boss, it was such a simple and easy boss, but was made artficially difficult because I dodge things and get hit anyway, either by Sloth himself or by some stray beetle off camera coming bite me in the ass, well, because you can't really see a damn thing with this camera, barely even Sloth's staff directly in front of you or what it's going to do while you're trying to kill the bugs holding him up..

Ehh, annoying boss for sure, all for the wrong reasons though

I'm not having a problem with his bug phase, its just the longass final phase where he swings his huge staff around and slams you that is making a mess off me. He just has so much HP and it takes so long!

The wombo combo doesnt help matters either

Was an pretty easy one for me. After my 6th try he stuck on the level props and bugged out. I couldn´t free him, so I had to kill him anyway.

You can actually kill Avarice before taking on Sloth. If you win, the Lord of Hollows calls you back to him just the same for the Storm Hollow. Unfortunately, you do not get the Force Hollow should you then defeat Sloth before pursuing Lust, which WOULD cut down on the struggle to get through to her.

Yes, he was a pain, but it becomed easy when I understood when to attack. Lots of patience in this fight.

It's when he starts fighting you with an item, a big skull/fridge/couch etc., is when you have to fight him much more defensively because he tends to mix up his attacks there. Sometimes he only goes for one swipe, sometimes he'll go for a double or triple.

That's actually what i did, i missed the route to Sloth and beat Avarice before Sloth, the route to Lust is longer but is good to farm level, and you only get the Force Hollow after beat Lust

For me the toughest by far is Gluttony

I killed him before Sloth, he was tough but do-able once you learned his patterns. I also had some wrath on backup for the last bit admittingly.

Well, I finally fought my way to Lust—was quite the ordeal just to get to him/her/it! That one teleporting specter thing with the giant sword was a real bastard for just a normal enemy!

Glad that the spawn point is really close and no enemies to run past cause while I did make it to Phase 2 in only a couple tries, I can tell it is gonna go to hell real quick. What is the best side to dodge Lusts attacks? To the right?
