I've inspected almost everything around and got the essence of the chosen, but i must have missed something

I guess you need a second weapon that is heavier and makes you sink. no sure

Force hallow yes you must have it to get at this point anyway but i can't use the hammer and climb to the walls at the same time

That area doesn't look familiar but in any case. Is it too far away to use a charged cross blade on it while the hallows is active?

if i remeber right on that room there is a magnet wall that take you to a path to grab that sword

You can break the rock in your second image by standing near where the purple crystal track begins (must be on the ground, standing, not underwater), equipping the force hollow, aiming Salvation (your blade boomerang thingy), charging it (which applies the same 'force' effect that a charged hammer attack will do), and firing it at the rocks. Hope this helps!

a) thing on top, use your throw weapon if its charged with force power, when you standing on the plattform beneath

b) if you are in the front of the sword, on the right side under water, theres a temple, swim in it and there are 3 fishes.. a secret on the left and in this temple you swim to the top, follow the tunnel, and theres a stone which you push with force and then follow the way.

Yeah you need to use your ranged weapon to break that thing on the ceiling.
