Stuck at unbreakable purple barrier.

I cant seem to get past the first purple barrier in the nether to be distroyed. I have a feeling my legit copy somehow confused the DRM and now it thinks I have a pirated version.

I keep throwing the purple bomb bug into the barrier, but it doesn't break no matter what.

Is there a workaround or should I start a new game?

Thats pretty funny if its an anti cheat method. Kind of like that invincible pink scorpion that murders you in Serious Sam. Sucks if its a bug.

i wouldnt mind at all if you added my example of a game breaking bug to your thread and ill just ditch mine so we can compile all these problems together.

its probably a bug related to the UE4 engine.

lol if the barrier wont break with those purple bug bombs i doubt trying to break it with the force hollow is going to matter.
