1. Push Stone to Switch Area

2. Then Run Toward Door (in Know it will fail)

3. go to stair with teleport NPC

4. go up and try to lure Tempest, you need the right timing to make stone drop on top switch area

There is an easier way.

1. Go to the end of the corridor.
2. Wait for stone to drop.
3. Switch Force. Hit the stone with your hammer. Stone will stop on door switch.
4. Switch Stasis. Run to the stone. In the middle of way use your throwing blade on stone and freeze it on the spot. Then, immediately switch back to Force, so tempest won't grab you.
5. Run to the door. (Press V for run.)

1. Push the stone on the pressure plate
2. Select any Hollow other than Force Hollow
3. Move a few steps forward and die in the tempest
4. After respawning, run to the still open door before the tempest picks the stone up from the pressure plate. This way you have plenty of time to get through.
5. After that, activate a nearby switch to keep the door open infinitely and go collect your lost souls.

This may be patched out soon though...

I came here to find the answer then discovered something really silly.

Run to the far end of the hall and when the tornado leaves, use your aerial Y attack while equipped with Force Hollow. It knocked the cube much further to the side with the door, that all I had to do was use a ground Y attack to knock the cube back towards the pressure plate, and got through no problem.
