Unable to access Keeper of the Void DLC

Hi there, I purchased the Keeper of the Void DLC, logged back in and Vulgrim doesn't have the option in his list. I just finished the game and logged back in to do it. Do you have to start a new game after you buy it?

No. You only need your hollows.
If you start a NG or NG+, you'll have to kill bosses and get your hollows.

Is the DLC really installed? Did you check in the game's properties?

I wound up reinstalling and it resolved it :)
