New game plus mod ?

Ok so i finished the game long ago before the NG mod and now i heard is live. So how do i start NG+? i don't see anything on main menu saying start NG+ or something like this.

If you speak about slivers (1st type), you should already have it. I don't remember well my armageddon 1, but it seems that difficulty affect the drop rate. I play on last judgement and the drop rate is 80-90% (but I use very often havoc form). Vulgrim will sell sliver on armageddon 4 if I recall fine. And Fragment at armageddon 6. For now, I collect Pieces.

Best order for lvl up armors for me :
1) armagedon armor. Collect the lurchers through the game and when you're before Pride, equip the armor and open them to have bonus souls. And you collect more souls with lurchers than killing ennemies during the game.
2) If you're below lvl 200, armor of death. With fortuna enhancement, it helps collect souls. Beyond level 200, the souls needed for a level are way too high to be good anymore.
3) Chaos armor. Because you'll have to kill more and more tough ennemies with the havoc form when armagedon level will rise. On 1, you'll use it for the black demons who spaws everywhere and the boss. You'll begin to use it on many powerful annoying ennemies (armor specter, griffin, sometimes dead angel, ...) and pack of low classes enemies (south side for example). Elsewhere, it's often death.

I am now playing on hardest difficulty NG+1 with level 61. Leveling up past this number doesnt really matter much, you are way better off just upgrading your gear and enchantments. The mere +4% damage per level is laughtable. Same with HP. I have 750 HP and majority of monsters simply two shot me.

Dont grind levels, collect all collectibles in the game, finish the campaign and DLC and jump into NG+. You start to find soul lurches with 6000 souls per one drop there. Also if you already got the achievement for finishing the game on apocaliptic, you can swich to easier difficulties for crucible. There is 0 reason to not switch to story difficulty for it.

Lurchers items ? No. The best way is to discover and then know where they are for your multiple runs of the game. Otherwise, kill ennemies with the wepon of you choice whith fortuna enhancement and Death Shadow armor (you should have a third bonus on the medallion for 20 humans rescued). The crucible may be the worst idea to farm souls. You gain so much via each run on Armageddon. Also I just finish the first 2 wings of the DLC for the second time... Instead of weapons, the bosses drop a wicked adamantine !

True for the crucible, but not in armageddon. It seems that difficulty may increase the drop rate of Oblivion ore. And by adding Maraudeur enhancement on a weapon, it has become 100% rate on the hardest difficulty.

I'm playing the PS4 version of the game.
I don't really understand the Rank thing either but I'll try to explain.

I'm in my 2nd run-through of Armageddon mode for New Game +
Chunk of Oblivion Ore is the 4th variations of Sliver of Oblivion Ore.
I'm found Sliver, Piece, Fragment, and Chunk so far in my game but Chunk is the hardest to obtain since it is not dropped commonly making it a RARE Material.
Once you upgrade some of the Armor up to +3 Uthan starts asking for Chunk of Oblivion Ore to upgrade further so you can +13 the armor. Not sure if Chunk is the highest material to Obtain to get +13

Vulgrim is not selling any Ore right now so I was wondering if he will in more playthrough on Armageddon +3,4,5,6, and so on since he is selling Wicked Adaminte witch before could only be gotten by playing all 101 rounds in the cruicble and beat Wicked K.

I'm on arma(geddon) 7 now and I found my 1st Chunk of Oblivion (and Xbox).

By rank, I meant the quality of the ore : sliver < fragment < piece < chunk. Seems that Chunk will be the final ore but will put the armor on +12. Maybe there will be a +13, but i'm not long enough for this.

What you are saying it's strange, because I didn't find anything other sliver of Oblivion in arma 2. Fragments began in arma 3. I'm sure more will drop on arma 8 ; but I'm astonished by what you obtained... Except if you mix adamantine and oblivion, but I doubt it's that.

No, you can't mix materials but I wish. I've used around 30 Slivers of Oblivion ore to Upgrade all my armors to +1 except the Abyssal Armor witch now is @ +3 and the 130% per min Health regen Helps.

I still have

Sliver of Oblivion Ore x33
Fragment of Oblivion Ore x4
Piece of Oblivion Ore x10
Chunk of Oblivion Ore x1


Just Beat the game again and hope in 3rd playthrough on Armageddon mode I will run across more of the chunks,

It's just possible some kind of glitch with the PS4 version that makes the other Ore Obtainable sooner. If I could post a picture here to show you I would but this site keeps removing thrid party links like Meag and google drive. I trust you. For me, on Xbox, I have the bug that Vulgrim desn't sell artifact after beating the angel champion and I don't guess the condition for him to sell thoses artifacts...

I upgraded my Chaos armor to +2 or +3 if not mistaken. Loving the Chaos armor so much. First it looks really good. And 2ndly the stats are so good. Shadow armor seems only good for +Arcane and +Lurchers. Seems like not worth comparing to Chaos at all. It provides damage reduction as well as health.

There are couple of black monsters that i was unable to beat earlier. I used havoc form and gunfire penalized me by giving me wisdom shards instead. It seems if you beat the black monster properly without resort to havoc, you get the oblivion ore.

Seems that way on PS4 too. If you use havoc or the alternate wrath power when you fight the black demons with red-eyes you get penalized too. They will drop either small or Large Wisdom shard. The only way I find that works best to get the Oblivion ore every time is Counter there attack and use the whip to 1-hit them with the fully upgraded enhancement for scorn that reflects 100% damage back @ the attacker.

Enhancements : yes. Found 1 artifact of each in the Stasis wing. I will soon finish armageddon 7 and and I began to obtain the last level of Oblivion Ore (playing in maximum difficulty).

Can any of you guys be kind enough to share your NG+ save game please? Mine just got corrupted and I was just about to fight Pride and Envy to finish my first NG+ run and get the last achievement.
