DLC Keepers of the Void weapons carry into newgame+ at the start?

Hey yall, I see Keepers of the Void DLC just released and has some new weapons. I been wanting to play through this game again on newgame+, and I was wondering if I get all the new dlc weapons, would they carry into newgame+ at the very start or would I have to beat the DLC again to get them?

One more question, when is the earliest that the DLC can be accessed?

As son as you get the flame hollow, you will have access to the first wing... just talk to Vulgrim and he should tell you about the serpent holes.

About the new game i don't know...

It's best to do when you have all the hollows since you will need them to finish the puzzles.

All weapons are tied to their respective Hollows. in New Game + all your hollows are removed since they are tied to story progression. Once you have acquired the respective hollows all your weapons will be returned to you.

You can still upgrade the weapons even if you don't have the appropriate hollow.
