Advices :
- if you play on low difficulty, eqip fortuna optimisation and reaper armor to collect more souls
- on high difficulty, equip the red armor for more HP & reduction damage.
- don't hesitate to transform to replenish your life, but when you approach a boss wave (25, 50, 75 and 100) try to not unleash it and keep it for the boss.
- boss wave + champions armor + chaos trasformation = easy win
- use and abuse of the nephilim rest. If you begin to run out of green souls, equip marauder optimisation
I've cleared the game on Reckoning and Apocalyptic modes with lvl 1 character and in this case
average amount of hits you need to take down enemy (with upgraded weapons, obviously).
Apocalyptic - 1 or 2 hits;
Reckoning - 2 or 3 hits.
Average time to finish Crucible from 1 to 100:
Apocalyptic - 20 min, 120 coins;
Reckoning - 30 min, 130 coins.
Points you get for waves are based on difficulty and are not affected by NG+. Which means that enemies will become harder, but you'll still get the amount of points corresponded to you difficulty, so the best option is to farm Wicked K on your first playthrough.
It's just frustrating, when some boss insta-kills you with a combo.
I've lost 3 times in a row to Gor because he starts to swing his axe, hits me at full health, throws me away and hits me again while I'm stunlocked!
The same happens with the same fire golem at level 48. No matter what I wear and what I have upgraeded, he needs exactly 2 hits to kill me, and he does this suddenly: swing, you're thrown back, another swing hits you, whop, you're dead with 5 nephilim respites in your pocket. (Armageddon difficulty)
Maybe autolevel should not be so obvious?
Crucible is not difficult at all at difficulty level 2. I was able to win Killington at the first ful run.
