The Wraith is gained by having a female (Human or Orc) deliberatly fail the growing up event to become a Witch.
Elves can get a "Tooth Fairy" (demon type that's somehow also still classed as a Elf, making them.. surprisingly powerful, since they get the Elf special ability to use Ancestor's Voice by default), as well as Vily really easily. Since each time an Elf grows up, there's a 20% chance for the changling event to trigger.
And Dwarves can get "Trolls".... Well, they can get changlings that become Rockers (baby trolls), that the flavor text either says that they'll become "Rock Trolls" or "Lava Trolls" "in a few decades", but since I haven't gotten this effect to fire off yet, I'm unsure if the Rocker babies get counters on them to "grow up" again to become said trolls - nor have I found an event in the modules to reflect this - so I'm assuming its just that, Dwarves can become Rockers.
The Dwarves one I found by checking the modules for children growing up. Everything else I've seen happen personally, in game.
