You can get an orc child from certain child-giving events if you already have a grown up orc in your group. Easiest ways to get grown-up orcs are either luck out and have one offer to join you when you visit the Alpha Clans village, or attack and raze the Alpha Clans village - you usually get one or two orcs as reward, I have read (haven't done it myself, yet).
As part of the main quest plot, you can end up with the opportunity to buy slaves from a slaver village. I believe there are non-human options there, including orcs.
I would also advise to always give the orc village materials. It is pretty common to get legendary shields made with tier 3 materials for a pittance of metals and wood.
The goblin is currently out of date since new patches and I don't know how today's patch has affected things, but it should be in pretty good shape for the orcs.
