Need more cosmic seeds
Yes, i know you can add an event to give you more, but i really dont want to do that cause it kinda feels like cheating to me. need a random, RARE event that gives one as a prize so i can at least make a village on every island.

Probably not a good idea to allow enough seeds to build on every island. This is not meant to be a Civilization game.

Maybe a 3rd seed eventually would be a valid option but there's a lot of balance to do first.

Hell, I've went to like 800 turns without even making a village.

i like building villages, it gives me a place to dump extra resources, stockpile food on gathering and cook stuff up, do research, all that good stuff. i get its not a civ game but that just means not building 15 cities per island to get access to every resource and trade between them, i just want an outpost on every island, so like 5, maybe 6 seeds at most.

Going to have to make yourself familiar with the module editing system then, because they'll never go for all that.
Well that could get a optional game mode : colonize the islands . A job für mods. For the base game I don´t think it would really fit (but I would play colonizing game mode :P )

Would be nice if you could salvage the cosmic seeds.

If you hate your village location.... destroy village and get your seed back.
- lose all resources put into buildings except the seed


I actually think that it would make the game more fun!

I did a job 4 you, it adds up to 5 cosmic seeds (one by one as you reaches some hidden goals) above the normally granted 2 seeds.

install:
slow download the GMode colonize islands.xml:
https://ufile.io/d4bco

copy the file to the "Thea 2 The Shattering\Thea2_Data\StreamingAssets\Modules" folder

start the game

go to the events editor and enable the mod

uninstall:
open the "Thea 2 The Shattering\Thea2_Data\StreamingAssets\Modules" folder

delete the file

restart the game

start a new game

It's possible that you need to add the module to the module list, that is located in :

Steam\steamapps\common\Thea 2 The Shattering\Thea2_Data\StreamingAssets

oh i forgot that

so the "before start the game" step:
open the eventModules.xml file with a text editor and add the folowing line to the end just before the "</ROOT>" line:
<FILE path="Modules/GMode colonize islands.xml" />
