And then, after 200 turns game tried to force me to take two blue orcs as a "bonus" for high luck. Captain Erick i managed to not get him after reloading and waiting for Sunny Day weather to end so that my luck dropped from 87 to 57, as for Slave Ship event giving me blue orc child, i ended up editing event so that little pirate chance is not luck boosted. Instead i moved ChancePlusLuck to elven child.
Because no other such event of getting somebody at random has luck boosting. Buying somebody from Scavangers? Pure chance. Recruiting forest demon from their village? Pure chance. And only saving slave from orc ship checks your luck. At blue orc child variant. Not elven slave, not elven child, just "damned pirate spawn" with chance of (97% of not getting elven slave) * 15+luck (pirate child). Pirate child is he only person in selection (3% elf slave, 15+luck% blue orc child, 10% elf child, else goblin child) my Chosen will definetly not try to save from drowning. As she hates blue orcs. And Slave Ship event gives me blue orc child with 70-97% chance depending on weather as a "reward" for very high luck. I did not want that "reward" so i was forced to go to event editor and move luck check to more lucky option, elven child.
Currently i have six female elves - 2 Elven Druids (Chosen former slave and Nai-ysir), 2 Forest Guardians (starting elf child and child recruited from elven village), 1 Elven Mage (daughter of Chosen and starting elven child who turned Forest Guardian) and one elf child recetly saved from slave ship. Those Six and Alchemist are my active running group (i just finished main quest via route of going to elves, defeating rogue mage, purposefully failing to talk elven council into helping, then returning to default route of saving dwarf smith). Village on the other hand is populated by Village Demon, Seayanna the Syrin (one who you save from kraken) and that human warrior from Slavians. Alchemist i will also move to village.
Also it looks like my six elves in one team should be split - they are far too powerfull. I think Chosen, prime Forest Guardian and Rescued Child will go to one team and Mage Daughter, Forest Guardian Recruit and Nai-ysir will become another.
So in conclusion, i'm not doing an "elf only" run, i'm doing "blue orcs must die" run.
As for your question - yes, pure elven group discounting village demon is possible. I gave my advices about how to play elves here:
