I'm guessing the 15 point flock of gatherers is meant to be something else and they just doubled the entry. Flock of craftsmen is 5 points.
Goblins have strong purple stat tendencies and get bonuses to research and rituals in the racial skill. Their shamen and beastmasters are particularly good. Their warriors are so-so.
Elves are probably the strongest race in the game. Their elf racial skill gives % bonuses to perception, wits, and gives voice of the ancestor active, a destiny-scaling active that deals legendary true damage to 3 targeted units and can be used in yellow and purple challenges. I would sooner have an elven forest gatherer than most back line classes to the point that I reliably make my chosen a forest gatherer whenever I play a harmony god. Their rare magic classes are definitely the strongest in raw stats, and the druid in particular gets a free mysticism-scaling pineconette whenever it's played and has a wisdom-scaling eldercone summon. Even failing to get those classes can get you very positive results like learning a bonus skill and getting extra purple stats or even turning into a shadowkin (very rare, rarer than dying from the attempt to learn magic).
Demons are very diverse, but I'm guessing you mean the Sniezynki. I never stuck with that option in intellect because I find 4 points too harsh for a single character, especially one that doesn't get the magic user tag that specializes in purple stats, can't frontline well, and can't reproduce, but they should be quite strong in purple challenges once you actually have a magic user.
