My shop won't close anymore

Hey,
I was playing the game for several hours now, but since recently I'm stuck inside my shop. Once it closes due to daytime, or due to my manual closing, the people will leave the room, but nothing happens from here on. Tried restarting several times now, didn't help.
Only going back to the Main Menu won't work either, because that will just give me a blackscreen forever.
I can't sleep or leave the house, if anyone can help i'd be really greatefull!

Have you a order/deliver request on this day? I have often the same problem... The order guy isnt coming into the shop(i have the items)=no end...

So i have the shop not opened on this day and the order quest failed, now i can play without this bug... It is better not to accept this request/order guys at the moment i think

I had the same problem, so I skipped the day. The next day I opened the shop, after a minute or two the screen went black but you could still hear everything that was going on in the store. After reloading, everything went back to normal again. Weird, but all is fine at the moment. But yeah, it seems to be an issue with purchase order people not showing up on the day they are supposed to.

Seems like a pretty common bug right now.
I too have a customer stuck in my shop door and cannot do anything.

Argh. This is an incredibly demoralizing bug. I went through the entire shop cycle, then had to reload, then did it again and found it was still not going to work. Same issue - contract guy didn't show up. So far all the bugs I've run into have been not that bad, but this one is the kind that makes me want to put the game aside for a month or more so they can fix their issues. So much wasted time.

Right now the solution is to not open your shop and sleep/dungeon instead.

Thankfully all you lose is time.

The best way to avoid this is to close the shop early. When its been dark for a bit in the shop. Go to the entrance and there should be the option to close it. You have to do it before the day runs out or you might run across the glitch.

My guy is showing up though. I've gone through the sale cycle. The guy walks in first thing and I make the stale and it shows the contract with a stamp. I close that and finish the day and the assistant is just walking around like the store hasn't closed and the closing documents haven't come up.
