No. Scanlines are a filter to make the game look oldschool like from a CRT display. It's amazing

Sounds like a feature request. I didn't see the option in game but I might occasionally feel nostalgic and want this option.

scanlines are not nostalgia , several games lately add this
effect to the visuals, megaCOINsquad comes to mind

I've found a reshade config that bring scanlines to Monnlighter :D

we have to download reshade: https://reshade.me/component/content/featured?Itemid=101

chose the OPENGL profile during installaton amd download the additional effetcs when asked

paste only this content to DefaultPreset.ini in root folder of Moonlighter (tipically: \Steam\steamapps\common\Moonlighter):

it's done :)

we have to activate the effects the first time and eventually configure the scanlines effects inside reshade menu (open it with HOME button when in game)
