Similiar as in "about keeping a shop". There are a few on other plattforms that are cool as well, especially the 3DS had some nice entires. But since we are on Steam here are a couple of games on Steam in no specific order:

"Recettear: An Items Shop's Tale":

Cute shop gameplay with action dungeon gameplay, lots of things to do and if you go for it a cool story with lots of interesting charactes. (my favourite in the genre)

Nono's magic general shop:

Shop gameplay is relaxed idle game with puzzle dungeon/combat
(there is also one about being a blacksmith but i haven't played that yet)

Moonlighter:

Shop gameplay meets The Binding of Isaac dungeon exploration and combat

Weapon Shop Fantasy:

Cool game though I didn't come up with a short oneliner

Shoppe Keep:

Interesting but haven't played it since EA.

Shoppe Keep 2 (EARLY ACCESS):

There is also the entire "The Guild" / "Die Gilde" series.
More of a medieval sim in which you can own and manage multiple different businesses but you are also managing staff and sales while running around and working yourself as well buying resources to craft etc. etc. The second made families and lineages more important and the third is currently in Early Access."
