How do you get Le Retailer to sell DLC items?

I'm trying to get items such as Carbon Fiber Plate and Small Spectral Flames but grinding for them is a little hard so I just want to purchase these from the Le Retailer although it doesn't seem she sells the DLC items, is there a way I can get her to sell these?
