It should wired. Had desyncing issues when trying to use mine over bluetooth.

It does but don't expect ps4 button prompts.

Ps4 button prompts do show up just fine, actually. The game was made with ps4 controller support. You have to turn off controller emulation for the game to recognize just the ps4 controller hooked up on its own. So turn off DS4 Windows, turn off steam DS4 support (which can be done with per game controller options in big picture mode instead of turning it entirely off for every game). It actually works great and you see all the buttons properly.
