Carbon Fiber Plates - bad luck or broken?

Ever since the hotfix I haven't received a single carbon fiber plate drop. I've killed many of the tanks that are supposed to drop them. Has anyone else had this problem or have I just been unlucky with these?

they are a rare drop yes but from my experience the tanks drop more at the later floors, ive had most luck from floor 6 onwards

This drop rate needs to be adjusted. I am running between levels 6 to 10 with a luck amulet +2 (+20% to item drop) and I am getting 0 to 2 per run. I'm getting lots of amulets, expensive artifacts, and every other crafting item EXCEPT the carbon plates. Having that kind of set up and getting runs where I get zero of a critical crafting item is kinda bogus.
