Small spectral flame

What drops the small spectral flame? I need it to make the runic bow, and I've made it to floor four and so far no one has dropped it.

Yea, they still don't drop for me either after the hotfix. Same for heavy metal plates.

I've gotten a couple of metal plates but no flames.

Still cant get the flame, plates and the new companions. Its alittle annoying tho since i just finished the dlc.
