Online multiplayer Ranking, medals, and rewards?
i used to play this game on xbox and i remember spending many hours playing the game to earn medals by doing certian things to unlock reward weapons and other reward perks perminently. i see in single player there is a way of keeping track of your rank but i dont see how to keep track of your rankings, medals, and rewards in multiplayer. someone please help im so confused. am i mistaken in thinking there was a way to play multiplayer through the campaign on the console versions? thank you so much anyone that can help.

yea i know how it works but in the Online mode or when i click the multiplayer tab i see No place to keep track of the status of my ranks. only when i click single player do i see those statistics in the career section. but when i play online with my friend any kills i get in specific ways or when i do sertian things that should up my rank do not affect the statistics in the single player career section. what im trying to find is how i track my ranks in multiplayer sinse they appear to be indipendent of the single player statistics thank you.
When playing multiplayer, everyone is treated as though they have Veteran in every skill I believe. And medals don't count torwards your total when earned from multiplayer. I'm guessing this is to keep online fair, since someone running Endurance, Guardian and War Hero with a Frenzy Award Rifle could all too easily clean the field from the start of battle, especially against new players who normally couldn't even unlock award weapons until earning the medal a few times.

Go back to playing call of duty and stop being so butt hurt.
I never had ranking because I played this on the ps2 for 6 years. 6 Years of just fair online play with nothing special. Just shoot the other team, stay alive and get the rewards. You die, you lose them unless you recently had unlocked them. No one really cared that they were not permanent. It is a great game overall. If you want ranking, permanently unlocked rewards, then play another game. This one is fine the way it is.
Maybe some servers out there have mods for medal progression
