Star wars battlefront 2 cd key?

everytime I open the game it comes up with a activation cd key code. It says that after when the game opens the game will tell you to enter a code (but it doesn't) i try to play a game and it crashes need help

dunno bout the crashing thing, but you dont need to put in the code, i never did, itll just keep coming up, just ignore it

they need to give us either A fix the damn problem (I bought the game to play with sound not to watch a silent movie for ♥♥♥♥ sake) or b give us a refund

I got the original game with cd, and this is the code i got with it: ( this is litterly what it says on the manual ) 11cb - 928 - 72e - 4ba5 - eu20 . I hope this helps!
