Delete the AAA-v1.3patch folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\addon.

double click on menu.bat and the option to uninstall should appear there.

I am not going to do that and even if I did I wouldn't know how to do so.I have tons of mods and I don't wanna have to spend hours re-installing everything.Give me an actual solution to my problem,I mean you're just saying what everyone else is and its not working.

you dont have to uninstall the other mods.

just the game itself then.

add the other mods (add the addon folder itself) to a different location.
then delete the game itself and reinstall it and add the addon folder back.

might help.

if not, then honestly i dont know what else to suggest. for most mods (nearly all of them if not ALL of them) you will need the 1.3 patch file. so for them to work you need it.

Sorry I forgot, it overrides files in the _lvl_pc folder delete the movies folder in the _lvl_pc folder as well as

common.lvl
custom_gc_10.lvl
ingame.lvl
shell.lvl
user_script_10.lvl
v1.3patch_strings.lvl

Once you did that right click on BFII in your library, then properties, then the local files tab, then click on the Verify the integrity of the cache, the files that were overriden by the patch are small so it won't take too long to require them.

Edit: oh seems like you found out youself, nevermind then.

For future reference you should remember the menu.bat only appears in the lite version of the patch.

I just deleted the leftovers within the files after uninstalling.

Oh and even if that was a bad idea I can always restore them.

Might have been those files then as I believe custom_gc_10.lvl, userscript_10.lvl, and v1.3patch_strings.lvl are all original 1.3 patch files while the common, ingame, and shell.lvl files come with the base game, but the 1.3 patch overrides them with it's own modified ones.

actually... the patches i tried (both the normal version and lite version) had menu.bat and lite-menu.bat
so obviously both have it. unless you mean another patch because the ones i tried both had it.

The latest one of the full version doesn't have it so you might be using an outdated version.

currently i`m using the SWBF2-v1.3patch r129.
which to some people it's better than the r117 one.
although i added both in my video actually. up to the person to choose or find others if they like.
