have you installed the 1.3 patch file correctly in Addon\AAA-1.3patch ?
second of all...
have you changed any files at all in any folder of the game?
third of all...
some mods are not done correctly (the creator/modder did not make them correctly) there can be crashes or the mod wont work well at all. some dont even work at all.
i noticed you said they worked before so i am trying to figure out what the problem is
also, some mods may only work in singleplayer. so check that too.
and if you need help with the 1.3 patch or mods then i have a guide for a lot of tutorials i have made:

Hi, thanks for the reply! I installed the Conversion Mod and that automatically downloaded the 1.3 patch but I'm wondering whether or not it would've added the whole patch or just some of it? Anyway, I love the look of your guide and sure will take a look at it.
Thanks!
and anytime.
but yeah sometimes i wouldnt trust the conversion pack installing the patch automatically as it may not install correctly. so install the patch first before everything else
and if the game is messed then uninstall EVERYTHING and reinstall.
you can keep the exe files and such of the mods so you can re-extract them (i have done this before) or uninstall everything and reinstall everything including every mod file you have.
I have found out that the Converstion Pack installs the 1.3 patch, however it forgets to put the addon part in. Instead, Dark Times II does that automatically.
So then I noticed what exactly was wrong. After a bit of research, I found out that the reason most of the maps don't show up is because you have too many. It pops up, when you start the game, saying "Too Many Missions" then it will say how much you have over 500. Your limit is 500. Missions are not the maps, they are the gamemodes and eras within the maps altogether. For example, Bespin Platforms/Galactic Civil War/Conquest is one mission and Bespin Platforms/Galactic Civil War/1-Flag is another.
How I fixed it was by removing the Dark Times 2 mod but ONLY keeping the addon folder for the patch. It still bugs in on some games allowing you to select the Dark Times era but it has no icon and will probably just crash upon attempting to load that era. However this is not a problem, the rest of the game should be fine.
On top of this, I have also realised that by going 500 missions or lower eliminates the occasional crash after playing for about 30 minutes in one session.
The moral of this would be "Don't download too many mods that add Eras, Gamemodes and its own maps".
Thanks for your help in this by the way. If you have the time, you could make a Youtube video tutorial or something like in your guide to explain in case anyone else has this problem :)
not just in addon.
the way you have it wont work.
check my video about how to install the patch,it explains there :)
and for max missions, there is this topic a friend commented on:

you can do that or remove mods you dont wanna use from the addon folder (where the mods are supposed to go) and when you do want to use them then remove others and put those back.
if game crashes,try these:

but there is a huge posibility it will crash if mods are not installed correctly.

By the way, you should join up to SWBFGamers[www.swbfgamers.com]. I recently have and it's really useful, you can request mods to be made for you, ask for support and expect an almost instant reply. Plus it's filled with professional modders. Check it out and see what you think :)
