mouse+keyboard jumps randomly, can't aim.

When playing this game, my target reticule will fly all over the place, turning my character around or making him look at the ceiling. It happens so frequently that I can barely aim, and I'm getting booted for negative scores.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, or at least where to begin diagnosing it?

I've never heard of this before. Try turning your mouse sensitivity down.if that doesnt work trying running it in compatability mode for xp sp3.
