I haven't played since 2017. Which mod is better: Unofficial Patch 1.3 or SAGA Edition?

It seems both are total overhauls.

I've only played with the Unofficial Patch 1.3 some years ago and now I wonder if it's possible to have both.

Um lol, you require the 1.3 patch for all mods to be playable. You can't play Saga without 1.3 lmao
