Conversion Pack Mod - Steam Compatible?

Hey all! Tryin to figure out if/how I can get this mod working on the Steam version of Battlefront 2 (linked at the bottom). The installer .exe doesn't seem to be playing too nicely with the steam version, so I'm a bit lost on what to do. Any ideas?

Hmmm are you sure you are using the right conversion pack? map/conversion packs don't usually have a .exe install file, generally you just place the files in the Battlefront II\GameData\addon folder and you're good to go. I haven't personally used this pack in the past but from what I can see on Moddb and in the readme it should work like a normal map pack and there are tons of youtube videos on installing those.

So I looked into it and while it does use an .exe the files are still the same it just automates the setup process (which is really only shaving off like 20 seconds compared to manually doing it), I found this video here which involves the youtuber using the conversion pack on the steam version: https://youtu.be/nfjUSevIOvs important to note that the file path needs to actually exist so if you set your file path to C\program~ and it was actually in D\program~ then it will fail to install because the file path you gave it leads to a location that doesn't exist. More than likely there is a small error like this which is screwing you over.
