I also got a EULA agreement from Disney upon loading Star Wars: Battlefront II, cementing Disney's consolidation of all things LucasFilm Ltd. STAR WARS™ is a brand trademark, so it makes sense that the titles in the games get capitalized.
After™: STAR WARS™ -™ BATTLE™FRONT™ II™
OWNED BY DISNEY™.
...I don't like the way Star Wars is going.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" -Darth Vader
^--- This.
It's Disney Marketing, at its best.
"Excuse me, Steam, but we have a request to make."
"Yes?"
"Please see our contract. You are bound to use our font preferences and we wish all STAR WARS ™ titles to have the name STAR WARS ™ in capital letters."
"Oh... OK, sure, we can do that."
"Thanks. And, there is one more request..."
"Yes?"
"Can you change all STAR WARS game titles to ™S™T™A™R™ ™W™A™R™S™?"
"Uh... no."
Bbbbut... it say's in the contract that.."
"No."
"But, we own STAR WARS™ and it says right here..."
"No."
"Oh...But.."
"NO!"

Really screams the name. I really think they went overboard with it. It's not like anyone can even get away with using the name "STAR WARS". It looks horrible after seeing it on so many titles.
"Star Wars" is trademarked. Just about everything related to the Star Wars franchise/IP is trademarked or copyrighted. And, Disney is full of lawyers that will ferosciously protect their intellectual properties. There's nothing wrong with that, by the way, but they're notorious for going above and beyond what some other IP holders will do in order to protect against infringement.
Entertaining and Informative vid on Copyright law, starring DISNEY ™ characters! (A very good "fair use" example.)
