Not able to look side to side or shoot

Bought the game last night and played it and had no problems, did it once and respawned then fixed but i'm not able to look left or right and only able to look straight up and down and can't shoot either, playing on lenovo flex 2 with microsoft mouse wireless, not sure what the problem is and need some help and hopefully it's happened before so it's an easy fix, lildavid18 add me up if you like

have you tried unplug and re-pluging your mouse? If that does not work then try restarting your compuper

i have a wireless mouse, i probly tried restarting but i own the game on pc so maybe it's a driver but i think i tried that too so idk what else to try

i found the problem. create a new profile on the game and while you are playing the game do not open your map while you are moving. i don't get super far into this game so i don't have a problem whenever this happens.
