Observer mode?
Is there any way of going to some sort of observer mode or no-clip mode ? Just wondering as i have a couple of ideas for videos I want to do.

install the 1.5 r2 patch, it comes with a "Free Camera" in the pause menu, during freecam mode, press M to stop/start the game's "Reality", use WASD to move, - and + to speedup or slow down the camera, and home/end to lift and lower the camera.
