wierd menu graphical glitch

recently there has been a glitch with menus and any screens featuring the "grey" bars where theres a glitchy graphical play across the screen similar to old cathode tvs and the like, and reason this is a thing?and is there a fix

sure im trying the "common sense fixes" and so far verifying and settings didnt work so im reinstalling it. ill post a screen here if it still persists.

so....... what happens if the glitch doesnt show up in screenshots? i dont understand what could be causing it and apparently i cant screen it.......... does it interact with discord at all or...... it has to be something with the game because it doesnt do it unless its this game.

i figured it out, turns out i need to run it in 16bit. apparently its in the same class as many of the other texture error issues with the game

well it was causing a "grey bar" to scan up the screen continuously (the grey bar would change color based upon the backround) because the game wasnt meant to run in 64 bit. reducing it fixed it.

I had the same glitch happen to me... reinstalling now
