and from what i've read, the actual 1:1 mods like to conflict with other mods.
PS2 didn't get it because very few people purchased the hard drive upgrade, they wouldn't have gotten enough earnings to justify the effort.
PC didn't get it because one person could buy it then copy and paste it a million times online and once again they would get no profit.
Eventually, they added it as a free update for Xbox 1.
It's fairly easy, but if you need a hand, I'm willing to offer guidance.
