Visual Bug

Hey, so I have recently reinstalled this game to get my Battlefront fix and I noticed a visual bug. I am posting the screenshots below but basically there is this weird bright light that covers the whole screen and is really persistent. I did noticed that the glaring light bug/glitch seems to fo be based on the background of map.

I have scoured the internet for any answers and I have not found any good solutions to this. I am using an Nvidia driver so I do not get the AMD LSD-like bugs one.
