I haven't gotten it to actually work yet. It just creates two copies of the game running side by side. If it does have some way of actually forcing one into the same campaign as the other I can't yet figure out to make it do that.

You can make the Coop Campaign via the Mission Menu i think there is Checkbox for Campaign*
