Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (Classic, 2005)

1 VS 2
I don't mean to start a war or anything, but I can't help but feel that BF1 2004 had better graphics and shooting mechanics than 2. The amount of new content that 2 brought, like the space battles and heroes, just overshadowed the downgrades at the time.

Graphics? maybe, but bf2's graphic mods blow bf1's out of the park. And "shooting mechanics" it feels the same to me, how are they different to you

When I shoot in BF2, the shots feel "floaty" and if it wasn't for the reticle giving me feedback that I hit a target, I wouldn't tell that I am doing damage. BF1 in comparison has different reticles based on classes which was a minor detail but a cool one, and I felt my shots had more of an impact. PC may have the graphics mods, but consoles don't and that's why I think my point about how the game looks is still relevant.

This is all subjective of coarse, but I think BF2 had a lot of unnecessary changes.

Oh well cmon, 2005. BF2 catered to multiplayer much more than BF1

Yeah, you're right. BF2's development was extremely rushed and it runs on the same engine as BF1. The point is that Pandemic expects you to play this game with other people, just as cod has bots but the game is meant to be played with real people

I am not taking the risk of a *sounds like a CIS unit with error about multiplayer*
