Jet trooper mod
Recently I downloaded the republic weapons expansion mod off gamefront that changes every republic units secondary weapon to a blaster rifle. I actually only wanted the jet trooper to have a rifle and if i keep the mod installed it replaces the engineers shotgun with a rifle too. does anyone know of a mod that gives the Jet trooper a rifle? I downloaded the modding tools a while ago but i could never get them to work on my pc so I've just been researching non stop.

I assume you downloaded mod tools and tried to run "BF2_ModTools.exe" but that's not the mod tools. That's just a debugger version of the game. The actual mod tools consists of several apps within the mod tools.

You need to do a lot of digging and reading on Gametoast.com, they have all the guides and tools anyone needs.
