Any one else feel that the Republic Jet Troopers suck?

They dont seem like very good special units compared to the droidekas, especially since they dont have much launcher ammo and that they dont really have the ability to make the most use out of their jetpacks in certain maps like polis massa

are you crazy haha droideks suck online. the republic jet trooper is veery usefull on maps like mos eisley or utapau. but yeah of course on polis massa or tantive you should use an other troop instead

What would you say about offline play with bots?

Jet troopers are great for mobility. If you know how to use said mobility effectively, they can be greatly effective, and not only because any open map allows you to avoid chokepoints. Sure, droidekas have a lot of firepower and are durable with their shield besides (plus they have mobility to retreat when needed) but they're still locked to the navigable paths, something which doesn't hold true for jet troopers.

For some reason I think the jet pack clone has less health than most classes because I die very easily than as a normal trooper, but the droidika has up to no health at all, but thats because they get a shield
