Launch options for advanced users only

I’m trying to change the launch options, however, when I click the button to change it a window pops up and says “these options are for advanced users only” with a text box below it. Is there something I need to enter to get into it?

Trying to change the resolution

Just make a shortcut for the game and then right click it and then go under properties. from there you can modify launch options using the 'target' text box

the menu is hard coded to use 4:3 800x600 if that's why you're trying to accomplish
