There are a couple. The Conversion Pack adds 5 new clone legions to all the new maps, with 3 extra units for all of the eras as well. The new legions only show up on the new maps, but most, if not all the Battlefront 1 maps show up on there, as well as a few new ones like Alderaan.

Battlefront: Republic Commando is a Clone Commando only side/era mod that makes all the clone troopers into Clone Commandos. There are like 8 or 9 different units, all with unique appearances. It also takes sounds and voice lines from the Republic Commando game if you've ever played it. I highly recommend you do. If you like the Clone Commandos, there are a couple of single map mods that add in Commando stuff. RAS Prosecutor has a mode that puts you in the boots of Delta Squad (the main characters from the game) as they fight CIS forces.

Clone Wars: Extended Era has a huge number of new Clone Wars content, with a bunch of new Legions and planets. I haven't played this one though, so let me know if its any good!

Clone Wars: Republic Heroes is a work in progress mod that is working to adapt the units and appearances of the Clone Troopers and heroes from The Clone Wars TV Show that went on for 5 seasons. (Great show if you haven't watched it) It's still being worked on heavily, and the page on ModDB has quite a few screenshots showcasing the work. It has a Demo with Geonosis, Yavin IV, and Dagobah playable currently, and so far everything is pretty good.

These are just a few of the many mods out there, and most of these can be found on ModDB, or Gametoast, though that one is more of a forum, so it might be harder to find some of them there. ModDB also has a lot of either dead mods, or mods that might still be worked on, but the authors haven't said so much as a peep in such a long time that its impossible to tell. The Conversion Pack most likely won't give you the big Clone Wars fix that you are probably looking for, but I highly recommend trying it out first, as it is a good one. I don't know how experienced you are in modding, so forgive the advice if you already know, but Battlefront 2 only allows a maximum mission count of 500, with each mode, era, and planet counting as one mission. So Coruscant - Clone Wars - Conquest counts as one mission, and the same with the other Era and modes. So I would only install one big pack at a time, otherwise you'll get crashes. Small packs, or single maps are fine to install together, just keep that 500 mission limit in mind. You'll get an error when you start the game up that says you've hit or went over the limit, and usually the most recent mods will be the ones that will crash. I would browse ModDB, and take a peak at any you like, and if you see any, Youtube the mod, and you should find a channel showcasing the mod.
