LUA Codes in Fake Console

So, if you look at the Fake Console, there's a thing called "Code Console", and if you click on it, it says that you need to enter a lua code. I look it up, but I couldn't find anything useful. Can someone list me the codes, that I could use?

There’s not really anything that would be useful for normal use. You could ask on swbfgamers.com and gametoast.com, but I’ll warn you now that the codes are almost exclusively for modding.

There is nothing to really use it for. It's designed for modders to debug their own content.

hmmm, but what about the delaying of character spawns, deleting tanks, etc.?

And is there a tutorial to add your own? i need something like "humans" ie the player has a health regen but not the bots in instant action or something similar if anyone can point me in that direction I know I could use something like this --give humans a health regeneration
ff_healthRegen( 500, "humans" ) but I'm not sure as to where to put it. any help is appreciated =)
