I've marked the turret places in Coruscant. You will find something on the ground that looks somewhat like a box.
Get close to it and use your fusion cutter.
Click the firing button and you will see a spark on your fusion cutter. At the top of the screen, you'll also see a small bar.
Once full, the turret will appear in front of you.
