Game automatically minimizing

Battlefront has worked to perfection in the past, but just today I am experiencing an issue with it. I open Battlefront, it runs like normal, but only for about 2-3 seconds until the game is minimized to the taskbar. Any idea what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks for any assistance.

In addition to what William said you can also try running the game on the "recommended settings" and sometimes that will fix it. Right click on Battlefront.exe, go to Properties then click on the Compatibility tab. After that, click on the button that says "Compatibility Troubleshooter" and let it do its thing. After it's done try running the game with the new settings that it gave you. I say sometimes because it's not always consistent, sometimes it will stay that way even with recommended settings. William's method is the most consistent answer by far, but sometimes you need to mash hard. I've had to wait through three minutes of button spamming before it got to work.

i had this problem, i changed the fullscreen mode from fullscreen to borderless
