unofficial patch "Folder name is not valid."
I have been looking around these boards for my answer. I have made the addon folder in GameData and used the installer, but it still gives me that error. Any help?

Use this guide instead of that installer but verify file integrity before doing so

go to library > right click swbf2 and click properties > local files > and you'll see it as an option
I did that, but it still isn't working.

when I run the installer and try to put the thing in either the main folder or the GameData folder, (where I have made an addon folder) the wizard just says "Folder name is not valid."

Hello everyone !

I was looking everywhere for a solution to this and I ended up figuring it out myself, just remove the /.. at the end of the filepath, so it ends with the star wars bf2 file and not two dots.

This doesn't come with a menu of any kind so how am I supposed to change the settings? i.e to get rid of the really f u c k i n g stupid HUD that is enabled in the patch for some reason whenever I get Dark Times and could usually disable through said menu
