I suggest getting it and if it doesn't work then you can ask steam for a refund, after a few days they will give you your money back.

YOU MUST have played the game for less than 2 hours and have owned the game for less than 2 weeks if you wish to refund the game, if you go over that time then you can't return the game.

You can run Battlefront 2 on cheap windows tablets.

I use most of the stuff you listed, and mine runs perfectly. I bet windows 95 could run it. And that says something.
