Controls set up help.

Can someone help me set up controls for an Xbox 360 / Xbox One controller?

Right now im having an issue about movement specifically. For somereason, no matter what I seem to change things to, my solider is determined to move slowly to the right when im not even touching the controls.

im trying to make my controls as close to modern day shooters as possible while still maintaning a good speed for battlefront. Seeing as how im having torubles with movement alone, It would be nice to have some assisstance.
