Mouse acceleration/smoothing?
This is something that annoys me a lot and I haven't found a fix for. It's almost impossible to aim with the weapons due to this kind of mouse acceleration that wont stop exactly where I'm looking when I want to shoot someone. Anyone know of a potential fix?
i swear it never used to be like this when i played a couple of months before this new update

The game doesn't slow down your cursor when you move over an enemy like new games do and it never will

there's aim assist you can turn off in the controlls but its only for vehicles

@Jean i'm not quite sure what you are talking about. i'm talking about how it feels like there is some mouse acc on. i used to be able to snap to people (with my aim) and flick shot to peoples heads. but now it feels like they have done something to the aiming mechanic.

I'm having the same problem. I find that turning down the mouse sensitivity helped.

Id buy it in a heartbeat if mouse acceleration was turned off. Also, were you really too lazy to write up your own post on disliking mouse acceleration? https://steamcommunity.com/app/6060/discussions/0/540740500870547537/ shame shame.

It seems to be only present in multiplayer. I thinks its some kind of lag compensation making the mouse feel floaty with everyone running around with 150 ping

Here's the solution:

You have to run the game though your intel graphics processor rather than your game card.

This PC > Windows (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Star Wars Battlefront II > GameData

Right Click on BattlefrontII application and hover over run with graphic processor and click change default graphics processor.

This should bring up your NVIDIA control panel and under "preferred graphics processor for this program:" select Integrated Graphics. Then Apply.

That should fix the mouse acceleration, good luck my dude!

Did it work?

What fixed it for me was running the game in 4:3 aspect ratio
